The check-in requires the passport or another document that proves the identity.
The time of registration , estimated time and check-in starts at 14:00. The check-out -at 12:00 (according to Kiev time)
For guests who live less than 24 hours the payment is within 24 hours , independently from the time of check -in.
The early check-in and the late check-out are possible if there are free rooms and after the agreement with the administration.
The price of the room includes :breakfast, wi-fi access, television,the safe, the child’s bed, parking.
The cancellation of booking without penalties takes place not later than in 30 days before check-in. In the period less than 30 days before arrival, your advance remains on deposit, for a year!
The additional services are not included automatically in the general price and are paid seperately during your staying.
In our hotel you can always taste the delicious Ukrainian lunch and dinner cooked with all the national recipes and traditions. The breakfast is included into the cost of living(except additional offers). To your attention the fascinating excursion programmes are included. You can register in the programme with the help of our administrator.

In case of departure of the Clients before the scheduled Departure Day, the Contractor does not return the advance payment for the rooms declared in the reservation application.
We ask you to take care of the hotel’s stuff. The guest has the full material responsibility for the damage caused to the hotel.
The administration and the hotel’s staff don’t take the responsibility for the saving of the material values that are in the room but outside the safe.
For the comfortable time spending there are the temperature controllers , the shown temperature will be kept in the room.
According to the Law Of Ukraine ¹ 4844-VI from 24.05.2012 the smoking of tobacco cigarettes , electronic cigarettes and water pipes on the whole territory of the hotel is forbidden(in the rooms,corridors, the hall and the restaurant). It is allowed to smoke in the special smoking area. The administration of the hotel has a right to refuse guest’s further staying in the case of ignoring these rules. The paid sum of money for living won’t be given back to the guest in this case.
On the day of check-out the room key should be given to the administrator , after the room checking by the maid the additional payment of the hotel services is taken place.
