Prepayment Policy
After your reservation is confirmed, the hotel will contact you directly to arrange a prepayment equal to the cost of one night’s stay.
The prepayment is due within 1-3 days of booking. If the prepayment is not made within the specified timeframe, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Pets
The Zaporizhzhya Sich Hotel accepts dogs weighing up to 5 kg, subject to prior approval.
Pets are subject to the following conditions:
• Pet fee: 300 UAH/night
• Damage deposit: 2000 UAH (paid in cash upon check-in and refunded upon check-out if no damage is found)
Pet Policy
• Pets must be with their owner in guest areas and must not be left unattended;
• Pets are prohibited from being left in the room;
• Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not damage hotel property or green areas;
• Pets must be supervised by their owner during room cleaning.
Check-in
Photo identification is required upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Age Restrictions
Guests under 18 years of age may check in only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or with written parental consent (completed form, copies of documents, and signature).
UMOVI ANULATIONS
Cancellation of reservation without penalty no later than 30 days before arrival. If you have less than 30 days before check-in, your advance will be forfeited to the deposit at the right time!
In case of departure of Clients earlier than the scheduled Departure Day, the Contractor does not refund the prepayment for the room reservation stated in the application.
FENCE PALINNA
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the control of chicken germs” dated May 24, 2012 No. 4844-VI, the chicken germs, as well as electronic cigarettes and hookahs are protected from premises of hotels and in the premises of the restaurant government (rooms, corridors, foyers, restaurants). For damage there is a fine of 1000 hryvnia! Once the fact of violation is revealed, the administration has the right to hang the guest without paying back the sums. Smoking is allowed in a specially designated area.
