Prepayment Policy
After the booking is confirmed, the hotel administration will contact you directly to arrange a prepayment equal to one night’s stay.
The prepayment must be made within 1–3 days after booking. If the prepayment is not made within the specified period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Pet Accommodation
The “Zaporizka Sich” Hotel accepts dogs weighing up to 5 kg upon prior approval.
Pet accommodation terms:
• UAH 600 — one-time cleaning fee
• UAH 2,000 — security deposit in case of possible property damage
If no damage is found, the deposit is refunded after check-out. In case of property damage, the guest is required to compensate for losses in accordance with the hotel’s internal rules.
Rules for Staying with Pets
• In guest areas, the pet must stay with its owner and must not be left unattended.
• It is prohibited to leave a pet alone in the room.
• Guests must ensure that pets do not damage hotel property or green areas.
• During room cleaning, the pet must not be in the room.
Check-in Registration
At check-in, guests must present a photo ID. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Age Restrictions
Guests under 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or with written parental consent including a completed form, copies of documents, and a signature.
In case of departure of the Clients before the scheduled Departure Day, the Contractor does not return the advance payment for the rooms declared in the reservation application.
We ask you to take care of the hotel’s stuff. The guest has the full material responsibility for the damage caused to the hotel.
The administration and the hotel’s staff don’t take the responsibility for the saving of the material values that are in the room but outside the safe.
For the comfortable time spending there are the temperature controllers , the shown temperature will be kept in the room.
According to the Law Of Ukraine ¹ 4844-VI from 24.05.2012 the smoking of tobacco cigarettes , electronic cigarettes and water pipes on the whole territory of the hotel is forbidden(in the rooms,corridors, the hall and the restaurant). It is allowed to smoke in the special smoking area. The administration of the hotel has a right to refuse guest’s further staying in the case of ignoring these rules. The paid sum of money for living won’t be given back to the guest in this case.
On the day of check-out the room key should be given to the administrator , after the room checking by the maid the additional payment of the hotel services is taken place.
