To make your stay at Zaporizka Sich as comfortable as possible, we kindly ask you to follow these simple hotel rules.

Reception Hours

• 07:30–23:00
• 23:00–07:30 — night reception is available by phone
• An administrator is available 24/7

Check-in

• Check-in: from 14:00
• Check-out: by 11:00
• Upon check-in, guests must present an original valid photo ID (national ID/passport, international passport, driving licence, or the Diia app)
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and an additional charge of 50% of the daily room rate
• We always do our best to accommodate your preferences, such as the floor or room location. Requests are subject to availability and technical feasibility at the time of check-in and may incur an additional charge

Check-out

• Before departure, please inform the administrator when you are ready to check out
• Please make sure you have not left any personal belongings in the wardrobes, safe, or bathroom
• The room key must be returned to reception when settling your final bill
• After you leave the room, a housekeeper will carry out a quick inspection of the hotel property and minibar contents
• Any additional services or damage to hotel property must be settled upon check-out

Age Restrictions

Guests under the age of 18 may be registered and accommodated under one of the following conditions:
• when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• with written permission from their parents
• upon providing copies of the parents’ identification documents and a completed form signed by them

Breakfast and Dining

• Breakfast buffet: 07:30–10:00 (included in the room rate)
• À la carte restaurant service: 13:00–22:00 (room service can be ordered via the QR code)
• For fire safety reasons, the use of high-powered electrical appliances such as multicookers and electric hot plates is prohibited in guest rooms unless such appliances are included as part of the room equipment

Peace and Comfort

• Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:30. Please respect the comfort and rest of other guests
• Smoking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted only on balconies and in designated smoking areas on the hotel premises

Housekeeping

• Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are replaced daily, and bed linen is changed once every 3 days

Prepayment Terms

• After you make a reservation on our website, our administrators will contact you via messenger (Viber/Telegram/WhatsApp) to confirm the details and provide payment information
• Prepayment must be made within 3 business days of receiving the payment details
• If payment is not received within the specified period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date — full refund
• For cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the check-in date, the payment is non-refundable but will be transferred to a hotel credit/deposit that may be used within 1 year. The payment may be transferred to the deposit only once
• For cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date, the payment is non-refundable
